Brand & Community Specialist
Community & Brand
• Brand execution: coordinate and traffic brand assets, copy, and product content across launches and campaigns — ensuring every North America consumer touchpoint is accurate, on-brand, and on time.
• Brand voice: maintain consistency across community channels, influencer communications, and email — acting as a day-to-day steward of how Sea to Summit sounds and shows up.
• Influencer program: manage Sea to Summit's influencer and creator relationships day-to-day — outreach, briefing, contracting, seeding coordination, content review, and relationship maintenance — operating within strategic direction set by the Global Digital Marketing Sr. Manager.
• Product seeding: own the seeding program end to end — coordinating requests, fulfilment, and follow-through with creators and brand advocates.
• Community listening: monitor consumer sentiment and community conversations across key channels; surface insights and patterns to inform content, product, and marketing decisions.
• Community program development: bring a point of view on what a more structured community program could look like for Sea to Summit — identifying opportunities for advocacy, UGC, and consumer engagement over time.
Email Marketing
• Email calendar: own B2C and B2B email campaign execution — planning, building, and deploying sends in Klaviyo aligned to the trading calendar, brand campaigns, and product launches.
• Platform management: build, test, and deploy email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo; maintain audience segmentation and list health.
• Performance: track and report on email performance — open rates, click-through, conversion, and revenue attribution — and surface optimization opportunities to the manager.
• B2B newsletter: own the monthly retailer newsletter (Trail Tales), ensuring it reflects current product priorities and brand messaging.
• Continuous improvement: test subject lines, content formats, send cadence, and segmentation in collaboration with the manager to drive better results over time.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
2–4 years of experience in brand marketing, community management, influencer programming, or a related role.
• Demonstrated experience managing creator or influencer relationships — outreach, briefing, and program coordination.
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a comparable email platform preferred.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams in a lean environment.
• Outdoor industry experience or genuine enthusiasm for outdoor gear preferred.
This is a full-time, in-person position located in Broomfield, Colorado. This position comes with a comprehensive benefits package which includes health insurance (medical, dental, vision), retirement match,
