The Brand Design & Corporate Communications Officer supports the development\nand execution of internal and external communication initiatives through visual\ndesign, content creation, branding, and employee engagement activities. The role\nis responsible for strengthening Matrix's employee and corporate brand,\nenhancing stakeholder engagement, improving brand visibility, and ensuring\nconsistent messaging across all communication platforms and business units in\nalignment with organizational values and strategic objectives<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Corporate Branding & Visual Communication<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

  • Develop and\ndesign visual communication materials aligned with Matrix brand standards and\nbusiness objectives.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Produce graphics,\nbrochures, flyers, banners, presentations, infographics, posters, digital\nadvertisements, and communication materials.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Ensure\nconsistency of branding across all internal and external communication\nchannels.
    Support the implementation and governance of corporate brand guidelines.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
    Internal\nCommunications & Employee Engagement<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

    • Create and manage\ninternal newsletters and communication bulletins.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Design and\ndevelop communication materials for internal announcements, employee engagement\ncampaigns, recognition initiatives, town halls, and organizational events.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span>Support\ncommunication initiatives relating to culture, employee value proposition\n(EVP), leadership messaging, and organizational initiatives.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Design onboarding\nmaterials, employee handbooks, event branding, and engagement campaigns.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

      External\nCommunications & Digital Content<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>

      • Develop engaging\ncontent and visual assets for corporate social media platforms, websites, and\nexternal communication channels.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span>Create graphics\nand multimedia content supporting recruitment campaigns, CSR initiatives,\nsustainability programs, and corporate events.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span>Support content\ndevelopment for media releases, executive communication materials, and external\nstakeholder engagement activities.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Coordinate\nwebsite updates and digital communication activities with relevant vendors and\nservice providers.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

        • Schedule and\npublish approved communication content.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

        • Monitor social\nmedia trends and identify opportunities to improve engagement and visibility.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

        • Track\ncommunication performance and provide periodic analytics and engagement\nreports.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

          • Liaise with\nbusiness units and project teams to gather information, photographs, project\nupdates, and content requirements.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

          • Support executive\npresentations and communication requests where required.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Coordinate with\nvendors and external agencies on communication\-related activities.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

            Executive Communication Support<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>
            <\/p>

            • Support\ndevelopment and design of executive presentations, leadership communication\nmaterials, speeches, announcements, and strategic communication content.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

            • Support\ncommunication requirements for Board, management, and corporate events where\nrequired.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

              Corporate Events & Brand Visibility<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>
              <\/p>

              • Support planning\nand branding of corporate events, employee engagement activities, recruitment\ncampaigns, CSR initiatives, and external stakeholder events.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

              • Coordinate\nbranding materials, event communication assets, and visibility requirements.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

              • Coordinate\nand support photography, videography, and content capture for organizational\nactivities, projects, and events.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

                  · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Bachelor's degree\nin Communications, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Marketing, Media\nStudies, Public Relations, or any related discipline.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                  <\/p>

                  · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>1\u20132 years\nrelevant experience in Corporate Communications, Branding, Digital Media,\nContent Development, or Graphic Design.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                  <\/p>

                  · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Proficiency in\nAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                  <\/p>

                  · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Working knowledge\nof Canva, Figma, and content management platforms.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                  <\/p>
