Roles & Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b>:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

This role will be directly reporting to the <\/span><\/span>Assistant Director \- Branding and Communications<\/span><\/span><\/b>, and you will be responsible for the following responsibilities:
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

  • Collaborate with content, design, and admissions teams to ensure brand consistency<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Track and optimize brand performance metrics (awareness, engagement, recall, etc.)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Collaborate with the production teams to create ads (video and static)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Work directly with our graphic designers to create brand assets (landing pages, brochures, whitepapers, posters, etc)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Manage external agencies, vendors, and partnerships per requirement<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Lead storytelling initiatives across long\-form and short\-form video for work assigned <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    • 4\-6 years of relevant brand management experience<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Agency background preferred<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Work with an Ed\-tech or university is a plus<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Growth mindset and a \u201ccan do\u201d attitude<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>
