PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT

Manage and optimize the local product portfolio

Identify growth opportunities across channels, packs, and SKUs

Help develop the right commercial assets for launches and activations

INSIGHTS

Lead consumer and shopper research projects

Track portfolio and business performance using market and sales data

Build clear reports and dashboards to support decision making

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT & COLLABORATION

Work closely with Sales teams to support volume growth plans

Coordinate closely with Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, and Insights teams

5+ years of experience in Brand Management, Trade Marketing, Category Management, or similar roles

Strong analytical and commercial mindset

Experience working with sales teams and market data

Ability to turn insights into clear business actions

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

FMCG experience preferred
