Brand Marketing Director - iGaming
We are looking for a highly creative, strategic, and hands-on Branding Lead to drive brand positioning, storytelling, and campaign execution for the Brazilian market.
This role will be responsible for shaping how the brand connects with local audiences, leading major marketing initiatives, and ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence across all channels. The successful candidate will work closely with Marketing, Creative, Social Media, PR, Performance, and local leadership teams to develop culturally relevant campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and market differentiation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the brand strategy and positioning for the Brazilian market.
- Own the brand identity, messaging framework, tone of voice, and visual direction.
- Build and maintain brand guidelines and governance standards to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Lead the creative development and execution of launch campaigns, seasonal promotions, and brand activations.
- Develop campaign narratives and storytelling strategies across multiple channels, including social media, influencer marketing, PR, CRM, paid media, and community platforms.
- Drive creative direction for football-related campaigns, major sporting events, and culturally relevant marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing assets and content.
- Review and approve campaign creatives, messaging, and communication materials to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
- Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure all communications meet regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with Performance Marketing, Social Media, PR, CRM, Community Operations, and Country Leadership teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, consumer behavior, and cultural movements to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize messaging, creative direction, and brand initiatives based on insights and market feedback.
- Develop agile communication plans that enable the brand to react quickly to relevant sports, entertainment, and market events.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Branding, Brand Marketing, Creative Strategy, or Campaign Management.
- Proven experience developing and executing brand strategies in fast-paced and highly competitive environments.

- Hands-on profile with the ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to improve campaign performance.
- Portfolio showcasing branding, creative, and campaign projects.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the iGaming, Sports Betting, Gaming, Entertainment, Consumer Tech, or Digital Platforms industries.
- Experience launching brands or products in regulated markets.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing, sports sponsorships, and football-related activations.
- Experience working in international or multicultural environments.
