Responsibilities The Opportunity Support the development of Doritos’ annual strategy and marketing plan by designing and executing JTBD grounded in a strong understanding of the brand strategy, local business dynamics, channel requirements, go-to-market priorities, and consumer needs across the CARICAM region, ensuring timely and effective delivery of annual plan objectives. Your Impact Define and assure, along with brand manager the correct execution of brand campaigns, new brand positioning and go-to-market strategies according to the consumer’s needs, portfolio role and contribution for Business Results. Support the development and execution of new brand’s positioning and campaigns across region. Lead a proper execution of brand objectives and strategy Assure Brand´s objectives within its portfolio aligned with Portfolio overall Role Assure the correct implementation of brands strategies in CARICAM markets. Follow up and measurement of all marketing TCP Process: Equity Programs: Assure the correct communication in order to reach each brand’s target. Brands Communication: Assure the correct communication of the brands according to each positioning brand wheel. Advertising Resources: Assure the correct execution of brand’s assets in ATLs and BTLs. Media Mix: Assure the correct implementation of the different communication media in order to reach our consumer. Digital: Assure the correct content and approval of it, being relevant for each country and consumer. Assure the correct Innovation Pipeline Strategic Execution on time Consumer & Market deep understanding for Innovation development Properly execute all the innovation processes with a deep understanding on the ¨Reason Why¨ of each Innovation for its Portfolio and local consumer needs. Evaluate Lift and Shift opportunities in innovation in order to create efficiency. Understand how the brands are positioned according to consumers insights in order to improve current Brand KPI’s (Value, Volume Sales, Profitability, and Share) Assure the implementation of the Right Portfolio Mix according to the brand’s strategy and demand space Assure Portfolio Profitability by Brands Assure right price execution to different brands and categories. Ensures the efficient resource allocation and A&M accuracy and control Guarantee an efficient A&M control with monthly reviews with the Brand Manager and the Field Marketing teams. Priories within its portfolio Big Bets & Big Opportunities Procure efficient expenditures in order to create budget productivity. Maintain exact A&M control by monthly recaps of expenditures and reports aligned with Field Marketing Teams. Ensures promotions and Better Together success Guarantee the implementation of better together strategies across the region leveraging to support brands campaign and innovations. Properly execute and keep tracking on price/pack strategies and promotions Being accountable for develop Tortilla Segment across the region. Consumer & Market deep understanding for Innovation development Properly execute all the innovation and POS brand support on each market Evaluate Lift and Shift opportunities in innovation in order to create efficiency. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Scholarship: Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing Business Administration in preference or Business engineering). Desired skills: Leadership, initiative, highly organized, responsibility, ability to influence, proactivity, strong sense of urgency and with clear orientation towards teamwork. Good interpersonal relationship management and analytical skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. Languages: Communication skills in Spanish and English written and spoken. Be capable to present in English. Experience: 2 year-experience in marketing experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumers Goods) preferably in Multinational Companies.
