BRAND STRATEGIST [INZ-003-05]

Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that strengthen brand positioning and drive consistent market presence
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and communications teams to ensure all brand outputs are cohesive and strategically aligned
  • Oversee the development of brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all internal and external touchpoints
  • Plan and manage brand campaigns across digital and traditional channels to maximise reach and audience engagement
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and consumer sentiment to evaluate campaign effectiveness and refine strategies
  • Support the development of brand storytelling and messaging frameworks that resonate with target audiences
  • Present brand strategies, insights, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders clearly and confidently

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • People-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, proactive, and motivated by achieving results
  • Comfortable engaging with both candidates and clients professionally
