Job Description

ACN International Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-incorporated company providing Consulting, Training and Workforce Solutions, with two operating business lines: corporate services for cross-border SME clients, and embedded workforce solutions in advanced manufacturing. We are looking for a hands-on, bilingual Brand, Training & Client Communications Manager to lead the build-out of our brand and training capabilities and to serve as the primary bilingual interface for our China-related corporate clients.

This is a multi-functional role that combines brand and marketing, training programme design and delivery, and bilingual client communications. The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and will work closely with the People & Talent Operations Lead, the Programme Lead (AI Automation & Systems), and the MFG Tech Operations Lead.

The role suits a candidate who is equally comfortable building visual identity and rate card materials, designing and delivering structured training sessions, and producing bilingual client-facing communications and contracts. Prior experience supporting cross-border (China–Singapore) clients is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand & Visual Identity Development. Lead the development of the visual identity, brand assets, and marketing collateral for our Workforce Solutions business unit (currently in build-out phase). Maintain and extend the existing visual identity and rate card system for our Corporate Services business unit.
  • Training Service Line. Design and deliver structured training programmes — including soft skills, client-facing service skills, onboarding modules, and corporate etiquette — both for internal staff onboarding and for external client engagements. Productise the training service line into recurring, billable engagements.
  • Bilingual Client Communications. Serve as the primary bilingual (English–Mandarin) interface for our China-related corporate clients. Lead the bilingual translation and adaptation of client agreements, rate cards, marketing collateral, and recurring client communications.
  • Internal Training Delivery. Design and deliver soft-skills, client-facing service, and corporate etiquette training to our front-line operations staff, supporting the consistent delivery of the company's service standards.
  • Marketing Execution Support. Support marketing campaign execution, content production, social media activity, and event-driven communications across both business units.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Diploma or higher in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Brand Management, Hospitality, Events Management, Business, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in brand or marketing, training programme design and delivery, client communications, or a combination of these.
  • Demonstrated track record of taking projects from brief to delivery.

Skills

  • Bilingual English and Mandarin (spoken and written) — required, given the cross-border nature of the client portfolio.
  • Strong written communication skills in both languages, including the ability to draft client-facing materials and adapt content across languages.
  • Confident classroom and small-group training delivery.
  • Working knowledge of brand asset systems (visual identity, rate cards, marketing collateral) and content production for digital channels.
  • Strong project management ability — comfortable owning timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination simultaneously.
  • Comfortable with travel between Singapore and China as project demands require.

Nice to have (not required)

  • Prior experience working with Chinese-market clients or cross-border corporate engagements.
  • Training, hospitality, or service-industry credentials.
  • Experience producing event-tied content (recap videos, brand activation materials).
  • Prior small-team leadership experience.

Application

Interested candidates please send (a) a resume, (b) a one-page cover letter outlining two pieces of brand or training work you have led — including your specific role, what was delivered, and a measurable outcome — and (c) your earliest available start date, to jeff.low@acn.ventures.

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
