Role purpose Own the Brazil market supply chain and direct procurement workstream for Day 2, with full accountability for local adoption of the global SAP S4HANA supply chain and procurement template, ensuring operational readiness, supply continuity, and controlled transition through go live and hypercare. Responsibilities • Act as the single accountable in market lead for supply chain and direct procurement across Plan, Make, Deliver, and sourcing during local design, testing, cutover, and hypercare. • Validate global supply chain and procurement template design against Brazil sourcing, manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution models, identifying fit gaps and required localisations. • Coordinate local supply chain SMEs and sourcing unit leadership to confirm the Day 2 operating model and escalate statutory, regulatory, or critical operational exceptions. • Lead supply chain readiness for go live, including stock build strategy, site and warehouse readiness, logistics contingency planning, and supply risk mitigation. • Support SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare across all supply chain and procurement processes, ensuring continuity of operations and rapid issue resolution. • Represent the Brazil market in governance forums, interfacing with the Local Deployment Lead, Wave Supply and Manufacturing leads, and Global Supply Chain and Procurement teams. Requirements • Strong end to end supply chain and procurement experience across Plan, Make, Deliver, and sourcing, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing environments. • Experience validating global templates, coordinating functional SMEs, and preparing operations for major ERP or organisational transformations. • Familiarity with SAP supply chain modules and manufacturing systems is preferred. • Strong stakeholder management skills across factories, logistics providers, warehouses, and procurement organisations. • Advanced English.#TMICC
