Key Responsibilities:



Bread Production: Prepare and bake a variety of breads, including sourdoughs, baguettes, and specialty loaves, adhering to Tiong Bahru Bakery's established recipes and quality standards.

Dough Management: Oversee the mixing, fermentation, shaping, and baking processes, ensuring consistency and excellence in every batch.

Quality Control: Conduct regular assessments to ensure all products meet our visual and taste standards before distribution to outlets.

Hygiene & Safety: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, strictly adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow bakers and kitchen staff to optimize production schedules and meet daily targets.

Inventory Management: Monitor ingredient stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment.

Requirements



Qualifications - diploma or high school diploma

Work experience- at least one year working experience in related fields
