esponsibilities:
- Co-ordinate with consultant and subcontractor
- Identify the required materials and details from the consultant and co-ordinate with contractor for submission and approvals of drawings and construction details
- Plan and manage site activities
- Ensure project team is competent to carry out their work and resolve anticipated site problems
- Liaising with consultant on technical / design and co-ordination issue
- Identify all discrepancies in the drawings and design and bring to the attention of the Owner / consultant
- Quality and time control on site activities
Requirements:
- Candidate must posses at least a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / construction Management or equivalent
- At least 6 years in construction site experience in construction industry
- Confident and able to work under pressure
