Building Executive / Engineer
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects.
- Review project drawings and provide technical support during project implementation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
- Monitor site progress and ensure works are carried out according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and necessary project documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues when required.
- Ensure projects are completed within schedule and budget.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant construction experience.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of construction practices and project coordination will be an advantage.
