Building Executive / Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects.
  • Review project drawings and provide technical support during project implementation.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
  • Monitor site progress and ensure works are carried out according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and necessary project documentation.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues when required.
  • Ensure projects are completed within schedule and budget.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant construction experience.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of construction practices and project coordination will be an advantage.
