Building Facilities Engineer (East/ 12 months/ Up to $5k)

The Opportunity

• Opportunity to be part of a world-class airport in Asia
• Monday to Friday 8:30am-6pm
• Location: East, nearest MRT Changi
• 1 year contract (Extension based on performance)
• Salary up to $5k!
• Training is provided!

Job Scope

• Conduct site surveys to assess condition and maintenance needs of buildings, facilities, vehicles, and M&E systems
• Manage contractors to ensure timely defect rectification and minimize operational downtime
• Prepare technical specifications and obtain competitive quotations for required works
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and tenants to ensure smooth operations
• Oversee projects including budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, and implementation of efficiency improvements

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related field
• Experience in Facilities Management (FM) and Equipment Operations & Maintenance
• Good stakeholder management and coordination skills in an operational environment
• Able to respond effectively to site disruptions and operational issues, while working independently and collaboratively within a team
• Valid Class 3 driving licence, where driving is required for job duties
