Building Management System (BMS) Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To design, develop and implement software solutions for BMS system including chiller systems, HVAC, security, fire alarm and etc.
- To design P&ID diagram
- To collaborate with engineering team to gather requirements and specification of BMS
- To write, debug and test the code to control and integrate with the existing BMS system
- To monitor, troubleshoot and resolve the BMS related issues
- To develop and maintenance manuals of the developed BMS system including codes, logic diagrams and system configurations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- ·Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy related Engineering
- ·Minimum 5 years experience in the development of BMS for Chiller plants
- ·Proven track record of the successful delivery of projects
- ·Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry best practices, standards, and regulations related to Chiller plants
- ·Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- ·Possess the ability to use data insights to drive system performance improvements
- ·Possession of Niagara N4 certification is an added advantage, and having experience in BMS programming with Niagara framework and PLC control
