          The Building Services\nSpecialist\u2019s primary duties are to perform preventative & corrective\nmaintenance on emergency backup generators, transfer switches, fuel tanks, and\nauxiliary equipment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

          Equipment Maintenance<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
          <\/span><\/p>

          ·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Perform preventative & corrective\nmaintenance on stationary and portable generators.<\/span>
          <\/span><\/p>

          ·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Perform preventive & corrective maintenance\non fuel tanks and monitoring systems.<\/span>
          <\/span><\/p>

          ·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Mobilize portable generators as needed.<\/span>

          ·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Liaison with DEQ representative regarding annual\noperating certificates.<\/span>

          Required Qualifications:<\/span><\/span><\/b>

          ·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Preferred of five (5) years of experience in generator and/or diesel\nengine maintenance & repair.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

          ·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Able to operate various hand/power tools & associated test\nequipment/devices/meters.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/p>

          ·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Must have good organizing and planning skills to manage multiple job\nassignments.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

          Business Services Specialist work involves\ndriving a motor vehicle approximately 25% of the time and must be able to\nregularly and safely perform all functions of operating a motor vehicle.\nEssential and marginal functions may require maintaining physical condition\nnecessary to frequently stand, walk, climb, or sit for prolonged periods of\ntime and regularly position oneself (e.g. bend, twist, reach, grasp, push,\npull) to handle, lift, and carry objects over 50 lbs.<\/span><\/span>

          A Building Services Specialist will\nsometimes work in tight quarters and is required to work with the following\nchemicals while performing maintenance duties: gasoline, lubricating oils and\ngreases, number 2 diesel fuel, fiberglass, contact cleaner/solvents.<\/span><\/span>
