Bunker Operations Executive

Responsibilities:

• Handle in-house bunker purchase requirement
• Monitor and coordinate bunker deliveries and handle any cancelations and/or amendments when required
• Resolve common and complex deliveries, disputes, and claims between suppliers and customers
• Validate and process of payment for bunker purchase
• Analyze, tabulate, and circulate marine fuel market information to stakeholders
• Develop new business opportunities
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Marine / Business / Economics
• Candidates with prior working experience in shipping industry will be an advantageous
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• An independent individual with initiative and able to work well under pressure
• A team player able to interact with people from all levels
