BUS CAPTAIN CUM TRANSPORT MANAGER

1. Transport Management Duties

• Fleet Operations & Maintenance: Oversee daily vehicle schedules, coordinate maintenance routines, and manage inspections to ensure roadworthiness and regulatory compliance. [1]
• Driver Administration: Recruit, train, roster, and evaluate a team of drivers. This includes managing duty shifts, payroll, and performance. [1, 2, 3, 4]

2. Bus Captain Duties

• Safe Vehicle Operation: Safely drive company buses for assigned routes, scheduled trips, or ad-hoc charter/shuttle services. [1]
