BUS CAPTAIN

Roles & Responsibilities

• Safely operate and drive a 49-seater bus in accordance with Singapore traffic regulations and company policies.
• Provide transportation services for school children, workers, tourists, and other assigned passengers.
• Ensure the safety, comfort, and punctuality of passengers at all times.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any defects, maintenance requirements, or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Adhere to scheduled routes, pick-up, and drop-off timings.
• Keep accurate trip records and complete required documentation when necessary.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service to passengers, clients, and members of the public.
• Assist with operational duties and perform any other ad hoc assignments as directed by the Company.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 4 Driving Licence.
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience in Singapore.
• Prior experience operating buses or large passenger vehicles is preferred.
• Able to drive manual transmission buses confidently and safely.
• Good knowledge of Singapore roads and traffic regulations.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, public holidays, or extended hours when operationally required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Hours

Rest Day: Monday

Tuesday to Friday

• 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday

• 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM
• 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
