Business Admin & Finance Excutive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage documentation for sales, compliance, and internal reporting.

  • Ensure company compliance with relevant government regulations and industry standards.

  • Assist in basic accounting functions, including invoicing and financial record-keeping.

  • Submit necessary reports to regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.

  • Create and update presentations, proposals, and other sales and marketing materials.

  • Support sales teams with administrative tasks and customer communication.

  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.

  • Maintain and organize company records and files.

  • Handle general administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.

  • Familiarity with accounting and reporting software is an advantage.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of government regulations and compliance requirements is preferred.
