  • Office Location: Jurong East, Singapore
  • Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 5.15pm
  • Monthly Salary: Base up to $3500 + Completion Bonus
  • Employment Type: 1 Year Contract

Responsibility

  • Delivery Scheduling – Plan, monitor, and report monthly delivery schedules across assigned countries.

  • Cross‑Functional Coordination – Collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to secure project specifications and approved client drawings.

  • Project Parts Tracking – Follow up on deliveries, resolve shortages, and ensure timely availability of materials.

  • Design Support – Assist with design scheduling and actively participate in department meetings.

  • Inventory Management – Oversee CKD (Completely Knocked Down) parts delivery and manage local stock to prevent store‑outs.

  • Operational Alignment – Ensure smooth project execution through timely communication and coordination.

Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
  • Experience with SAP HANA, Oracle ERP, MS Power BI, or Tableau is an added advantage
  • Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 is an added advantage
  • Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
