This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Analyst – AI & Infrastructure Transformation based in India.

This role sits at the intersection of business analysis, AI-driven innovation, and enterprise infrastructure transformation. You will act as a key connector between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex requirements into structured solutions that enable scalable digital and AI adoption. The position focuses on identifying and delivering automation and AI opportunities across enterprise IT environments, including cloud, networking, and cybersecurity domains. You will contribute to strategic transformation initiatives by shaping requirements, defining success metrics, and supporting end-to-end delivery in agile environments. The role requires strong analytical thinking combined with a practical understanding of modern infrastructure and emerging AI technologies. You will also play a key role in driving stakeholder alignment and ensuring that transformation initiatives deliver measurable business impact. This is a high-visibility role in a fast-evolving, innovation-driven environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from cross-functional stakeholders across enterprise IT and infrastructure domains.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and solution documentation aligned with delivery teams.
  • Drive AI-led and digital transformation initiatives across enterprise infrastructure, cloud, networking, and security environments.
  • Identify opportunities to apply Generative AI, AI agents, and automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate with engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, and product teams to ensure successful end-to-end project execution.
  • Prepare business cases, solution proposals, executive presentations, and detailed project documentation for stakeholders.
  • Support Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, UAT coordination, and release support.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure project success, ensuring alignment with business objectives and transformation goals.
  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements for scalability and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on emerging AI, cloud, and enterprise technology trends to support continuous innovation.

    • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Communication, or related field) and MBA/PGDM from a recognized institution.
    • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, AI Project Lead, Technology Consultant, or similar role.
    • Strong exposure to enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), networking, or cybersecurity domains.
    • Hands-on experience working in digital transformation or technology consulting environments.
    • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and business analysis frameworks.
    • Experience working on AI/Generative AI initiatives, automation solutions, or digital transformation projects is highly desirable.
    • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow is an advantage.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
    • Certifications such as PMP, CSM, ITIL, or AI-related credentials are a plus.
