Job Duties:<\/b>
<\/p>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Formulate and define system scope and objectives\nusing knowledge of information technology and industry knowledge/ requirements.
<\/li>- Act as a liaison between client and technical\nsolutions/ support groups, using strong communication skills to elicit,\ndocument, analyze and validate business processes, systems, and solution\nrequirements.
<\/li> - Support and conduct visualization, user\nexperience and configuration elements of solution design.
<\/li> - Support requirements management and change\nmanagement processes.
<\/li> - Research, identify, and specify solutions to\nproblems.
<\/li> - Documentation using high\-maturity methods,\nprocesses and tools.
<\/li> - <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Need to work with several different stakeholders\nin multiple departments within TennCare
<\/li><\/ul><\/div>

Must Have:<\/b>
<\/p>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Must be a documented American worker that does\nnot require sponsorship
<\/li>- Experience in leading client meetings
<\/li> - <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Bachelor's degree in a technical or business\ndiscipline or equivalent experience and a minimum of 3 years of related\nexperience. Or Master's degree and up to two years of experience
