Business Analyst (BA)

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirements Management & Project Delivery

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements.

  • Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle using tools like JIRA and Confluence.

  • Oversee both software development and maintenance projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives in an Agile environment.

2. Vendor & Deliverable Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact working with outsourced vendors.

  • Track, monitor, and review vendor deliverables to ensure quality, scope compliance, and timely delivery.

3. Quality Assurance & Testing

  • Define testing strategies and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.

  • Coordinate with business users and QA teams to ensure system functionalities meet specified requirements and high-quality standards.

4. Project Management Support

  • Apply project management best practices to assist in tracking project timelines, managing risks, and ensuring smooth execution.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience:

  • Over 5 years of professional experience working as a Business Analyst.

  • Proven track record of working on Agile projects.

  • Hands-on experience in both system development (build) and maintenance/support phases.

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Tools: Highly proficient with requirements management and tracking tools, specifically JIRA and Confluence.
