Business Analyst (BA)
Key Responsibilities
1. Requirements Management & Project Delivery
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements.
Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Oversee both software development and maintenance projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives in an Agile environment.
2. Vendor & Deliverable Management
Act as the primary point of contact working with outsourced vendors.
Track, monitor, and review vendor deliverables to ensure quality, scope compliance, and timely delivery.
3. Quality Assurance & Testing
Define testing strategies and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
Coordinate with business users and QA teams to ensure system functionalities meet specified requirements and high-quality standards.
4. Project Management Support
Apply project management best practices to assist in tracking project timelines, managing risks, and ensuring smooth execution.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
Degree: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
Over 5 years of professional experience working as a Business Analyst.
Proven track record of working on Agile projects.
Hands-on experience in both system development (build) and maintenance/support phases.
Technical & Professional Skills
Tools: Highly proficient with requirements management and tracking tools, specifically JIRA and Confluence.
