About the Role:
<\/b><\/div>
The Business Analyst will work closely with all programme\nand supporting teams in Bhumi, and will be responsible for\ntranslating requirements into structured documentation,\nvalidating tools against requirements, and supporting data\nand operational activities. They will need to work closely\nwith technology service providers, and be the bridge\nbetween Bhumi teams and external\nvendors/consultants/internal Tech team in translating\nfunctional requirements to software solutions that make\nour teams efficient in their work.

Roles and Responsibilities:<\/b>

<\/div>
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
<\/div>
  • Working closely with internal teams to gather\nrequirements for tools and automation, and\ncreating structured documentation of the\nrequirements.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Exploring and evaluating new software tools that\ncan address the requirements of various teams, and\nhelp them be more efficient. Work with external\nvendors or consultants to create new tools as\nrequired.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Test applications and tools delivered by\nvendors/consultants/internal Tech team against\ndocumented requirements to ensure complete\nfeature delivery.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Support with data management activities like\nvalidation, bulk upload and reconciliation across\nsystems
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Provide day to day operational support with\nrespect to issue tracking and resolution,\nimplementation of process improvements and\ndelivering automation.<\/span>
    <\/li><\/ul>
    Educational Qualification/Experience:<\/b><\/span>
    <\/div>
    • Minimum Graduate degree in IT, Engineering or\nrelated field. PG degree preferred. <\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Certifications in project management, agile/scrum\nmethodologies will be a plus. <\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Experience with CRM tools, SQL and advanced\nExcel proficiency will be plus <\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • More than 3 years of relevant work experience.<\/span><\/span>

      • Expert level written and verbal communication\nskills. <\/span><\/span>

      • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and\ncoordinate between them to achieve a common\ngoal.<\/span><\/span>
