We are looking for a <\/span>Business Analyst<\/b> <\/span>to join our international project team.

What you'll do<\/b>

• Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from stakeholders.
  <\/li>\n
• Translate business needs into well\-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  <\/li>\n
• Create and maintain business process flows and functional documentation.
  <\/li>\n
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, Technical Leads, and Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery.
  <\/li>\n
• Support requirement validation throughout the software development lifecycle.
  <\/li>\n
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
  <\/li>\n
• Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis practices and documentation standards.

  What we're looking for<\/b>

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
    <\/li>\n
  • Minimum <\/span>5 years<\/b> <\/span>of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
    <\/li>\n
  • Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and clarification.
    <\/li>\n
  • Hands\-on experience writing user stories with acceptance criteria.
    <\/li>\n
  • Experience creating business process flows and maintaining clear project documentation.
    <\/li>\n
  • Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills.
    <\/li>\n
  • Strong English communication skills.
