PositionDetails: JobTitle: Business AnalystLocation: Eden Prairie, MN Qualifications:Undergraduatedegree, preferably in an analytical discipline (Engineering, Computer Sciences,Information Management, Finance, Operations Research, Data Research &Analysis etc.) Strongbusiness acumen and business sense is required. Thisis not an IT role - the leader will act as an interface between the businessand data, but with a strong hands-on understanding of linking the business tothe data via SQL and data analysis experience Experiencein Business Intelligence, Business Information Management, Data Analysis,Operational Reporting, Data Warehousing Minimum 6 years’ (4 years if thecandidate has a Master’s degree) Experiencein correlating business processes and IT applications to back-end databases andsystems, with a goal to create repeatable, efficient data objects for BI,Analytics and Information exchangeExperienceworking with large databases and data-warehouses to create meaningful, usabledata solutions to extract information out of application transactional data Experienceleading technical and non-technical resources in the area of InformationManagement, Data Strategy, Business Intelligence development, ETL development,data quality etc.
