Business Analyst

Job Description:

  • Extensive experience business analysis tasks and coordinating the requirements gathering process.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft.
  • Exercises independent judgment and a high level of analytical skills in solving technical and functional problems and recommending solutions.
  • Ability to analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Proficiency with PeopleSoft, Microsoft Excel, Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Assists in the reviews and preparation of incoming customer requests for system changes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible experience in, business administration, or related field

Roles And Responsibilities :

  • Procurement support for the purchase of parts or repair of materiel goods and services.
  • Identify sources of supplies, requests for quotes from vendors, evaluation of bids, and selection of the most qualified sources.
  • Establishing milestones, assisting with solicitation development, assisting with contract award process and documentation.
  • Mange purchase orders and expedites orders according to customer requirements.
