Business Analyst
Job Description:
- Extensive experience business analysis tasks and coordinating the requirements gathering process.
- Experience with PeopleSoft.
- Exercises independent judgment and a high level of analytical skills in solving technical and functional problems and recommending solutions.
- Ability to analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proficiency with PeopleSoft, Microsoft Excel, Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Assists in the reviews and preparation of incoming customer requests for system changes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible experience in, business administration, or related field
Roles And Responsibilities :
- Procurement support for the purchase of parts or repair of materiel goods and services.
- Identify sources of supplies, requests for quotes from vendors, evaluation of bids, and selection of the most qualified sources.
- Establishing milestones, assisting with solicitation development, assisting with contract award process and documentation.
- Mange purchase orders and expedites orders according to customer requirements.
