Business Analyst | CRM |BAU operations
What you’ll do:
- Manage day‑to‑day CRM BAU operations and incident resolution
- Configure Dynamics 365 (workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards)• Handle service requests, change requests, and release cycles
- Ensure data quality, compliance, and PDPA alignment
- Work closely with users, vendors, and technical teams
What we’re looking for:
- 3–7 years in CRM functional analysis or application support
- Hands‑on Dynamics 365 CRM experience (must-have)• Strong BAU operations background (incidents, SLAs, RCA)
- Solid stakeholder management and documentation skills
- Public‑sector experience is a bonus
