Business Analyst | CRM |BAU operations

What you’ll do:

  • Manage day‑to‑day CRM BAU operations and incident resolution
  • Configure Dynamics 365 (workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards)• Handle service requests, change requests, and release cycles
  • Ensure data quality, compliance, and PDPA alignment
  • Work closely with users, vendors, and technical teams

What we’re looking for:

  • 3–7 years in CRM functional analysis or application support
  • Hands‑on Dynamics 365 CRM experience (must-have)• Strong BAU operations background (incidents, SLAs, RCA)
  • Solid stakeholder management and documentation skills
  • Public‑sector experience is a bonus
