7-10 years of experience working as BA with a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
Solid experience as a BA able to inquire, understand, articulate, and document business requirements/impacts etc.
Strong documentation skills for project deliverables, e.g., Functional specification, Business requirement documents, etc.
Strong problem solving and analytical/critical thinking skills; ability to identify areas of risk and develop effective mitigation plans.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Conduct workshops with the stakeholders to gather, AS IS process and To Be process.
Communicate the gathered process / requirements to the stakeholders based on the analysis you have undertaken and obtain sign off / buy in.
Experience in D365-field service.
Experience in Signavio to document AS IS and To Be process.
