Business Analyst (Digital & Product Delivery)

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Data, or a closely related field

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Business Analysis or IT product/system delivery

• Proven track record in requirements elicitation, cross-functional stakeholder management, and system/product delivery

• Working proficiency in Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks, backlog management, and iterative release practices

• Solid understanding of SDLC, cloud/SaaS environments, API/system integration concepts, and data governance/compliance basics

• Hands-on proficiency with core delivery & BA tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart, Excel, SQL, and Power BI/Tableau

• Demonstrated ability to apply BABOK standards, BPMN process modeling, and end-to-end requirements traceabilityBABOK standards, BPMN process modeling, and end-to-end requirements traceability

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current/future-state business processes, data flows, and systems to identify gaps, root causes, and viable solution pathways

• Lead the full requirements lifecycle, translating business needs into user stories, epics, features, and functional/non-functional specifications

• Facilitate cross-functional workshops, design sessions, and decision forums to align business intent with technical execution• Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend digital/AI-driven improvements (RPA, low-code, BI dashboards) to drive efficiency, cost savings, and compliance

• Partner with Product Owners to prioritize and refine backlogs; support Agile/Hybrid sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and release planning

• Define acceptance criteria, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage defect resolution, and validate delivered solutions against business requirements

• Drive change management by assessing adoption risks, supporting training/communications, and ensuring successful rollout and user adoption of new systems/processes
