Reports to: Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly analytical FPS Business Analyst to support our Sales and Procurement teams in defining and capturing pricing value across the business. This role is pivotal in delivering pricing insights, maintaining pricing models, and driving pricing initiatives through data-led decision making and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver pricing analytics and insights using Power BI, SQL, and BI tools to identify revenue and margin opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain pricing models within ERP systems.
  • Build and manage rule-based pricing modules and customer price lists.
  • Create and automate reporting suites to track price health and realisation performance.
  • Support the development and execution of strategic pricing initiatives.
  • Identify and help automate manual pricing processes in collaboration with IT and relevant teams.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, IT, Procurement, and Operations teams to drive pricing excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and performance expectations.

About You

  • Experience in Pricing, Data Analytics, or Data Science.
  • Strong understanding of price matrix systems and pricing principles.
  • Proven experience collaborating with Sales teams.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced skills in Power BI, SQL, and MS Office.
  • Strong understanding of relational database schemas.
  • Experience with DAX, M-language, Python, Java, or similar.
  • Working knowledge of ERP, CRM, PIM, CMS, and HR systems.
