Brief summary

Responsibilities

  •  Interact with Business to discuss and client requirements, analyze business dependencies and prioritization.
  • Elaborate user stories, back-log creation and grooming, prioritization, creation of acceptance of test cases.
  • Explain user stories to team members and anchor planning and review meetings.
  • Strong communication skills and able to handle other stakeholders.
  • Hands on experience to write technical specification (BRD/FSD).
  • A high level of intelligence; ability to operate not only on the basis of important past experiences, but in the light of the approaches and developments that occur in the market.
  • Natural problem-solving inclination.

Essential Requirements (Skills Requirements)

  • Must have 12+ years of IT exp and minimum of 5 years of exp in Banking and payments domain projects.
  • Experience in Transaction Banking – Cash Management is mandatory.
  • Experience in delivering projects using Agile Methodology.
  • Excellent Communication skills & a team player.
  • Proven ability to work with people from different cultures.
  • High level presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience decomposing complex problems into component parts for effective problem solving.

GOOD TO HAVE

  •  Knowledge in Finastra Products (Fusion Corporate channels) is highly preferred
  •  Knowledge on Payment Products (Corporate) ASEAN region
  •  Knowledge of Core Banking

  •  Must have prior BA experience.
