Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly experiencedand bilingual in English and Mandarin Senior Business Analyst to drive therequirement collection, planning, design, and implementation of complexenterprise applications, as part of bank solution delivery with GenAI-poweredrefactoring initiative. This role requires deep bank business understanding,exceptional business acumen, and the ability to bridge communication betweenbusiness stakeholders, and technical teams. You will play a pivotal role inshaping solutions within the domains of financial institution’s softwaretransformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead requirements elicitation,analysis, documentation (use cases, business process, functional/non-functionalspecs), and result validation.

· Design and optimize businessprocesses related to banking industry (retail loan, retail and SME mobilebanking).

· Translate bank’s business intoclear, actionable technical specifications and solution proposal with SA team.

· Act as the primary liaison betweenclient’s business units (Product, Marketing, Sales, BAU, Technology department)and internal teams (BAs, SAs, developers and DevOps).

· Analyze and model data flows andsystem integrations, particularly for system integration part.

· Support testing strategies, UserAcceptance Testing (UAT), and solution deployment.

· Provide post-implementationsupport and analysis for continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications &Experience

· Mandatory Technical Foundation:Minimum of 3 years of experience in bank industry, familiar with retail loansand mobile banking.

· Core BA Expertise: Proven trackrecord with at least 2 years of experience in business analysis, specificallyfocused on requirements management for large-scale, complex enterpriseapplications.

· Agile Project Management:knowledge and practical experience in agile project environment.

Desired Skills & Attributes

· Expertise in document businessrequirement and business process via modeling (BPMN, UML) and other BA tools.

· Proficiency with BA tools (e.g.,JIRA, Confluence, Visio, enterprise BA tools).

· Excellent analytical,problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

· Proactive, self-motivated, andresults-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

· Formal certification in BusinessAnalysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA).

· Agile Certification (e.g.,Certified ScrumMaster - CSM, Professional Scrum Master - PSM, PMI-ACP).

· Experience with global trading andrisk management solutions.
