Business Analyst (m/f/d)
We are looking for a Business Analyst (m/f/d) to join our collaborative team and turn complex operational data into actionable strategic insights. In this position, you will own the collection, analysis and interpretation of metrics that directly influence our day-to-day delivery performance. By tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and engineering clear dashboards, you will highlight inefficiencies and guide cross-functional teams toward high-impact process improvements.
What you will do:
- Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, analyse and interpret data to support decision-making processes and improve the efficiency of our supply chain.
- Reporting: Develop, maintain and distribute reports and dashboards that track supply chain performance metrics such as delivery speed.
- Software Utilization: Utilize data analytics tools and software, including Excel, SQL and PowerBI, to manage and analyse data effectively.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement in the supply chain process.
- Process Improvement: Work with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to optimize supply chain processes and metrics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decisions align with broader business objectives.
What you bring to the role:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in supply chain or logistics.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analytics tools and software such as SQL, Excel and PowerBI. Familiarity with programming languages is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large and complex data sets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management: Outstanding troubleshooting abilities focused on root-cause analysis, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in logistics or supply chain analytics within an automotive or manufacturing environment is highly preferred, backed by a solid understanding of logistical best practices.
- Language: Advanced knowledge of English.
