Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support an existing system in production. The role focuses on process analysis, stakeholder coordination, and handling day-to-day system support and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand current processes through discussions, interviews, and data review
• Identify gaps and suggest improvements to workflows
• Work with stakeholders and vendors to define better (future) processes
• Facilitate meetings/workshops to gather requirements and align on changes
• Document processes using standard tools
• Support system operations, including: Handling L2 tickets and basic troubleshooting; managing small enhancements and change requests

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience (5 years for senior level)
• Experience working on production/operational systems
• Hands-on experience with L2 support/ticket management
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
