We are looking for an experienced professional to lead Phase\-2 implementation of Zoho One at Nitika Pharma. The candidate will be responsible for driving advanced dashboards, automations, workflow improvements, and department\-wise Zoho implementation by coordinating with internal teams and our implementation partner.<\/span>
<\/p>

The role requires strong knowledge of Zoho One, good IT understanding, business process knowledge, and excellent coordination skills to ensure timely completion of all development and automation activities.<\/span>
<\/p>

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Lead Phase\-2 implementation of Zoho One across departments.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate with internal module owners and department\-wise users to understand business requirements.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Work closely with the implementation partner for development, customization, dashboards, and automation delivery.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Convert business requirements into clear development tasks, workflows, and implementation plans.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Drive creation of management\-level dashboards, department\-wise dashboards, MIS reports, and KPI tracking systems.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Identify manual processes and convert them into automated workflows using Zoho tools.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Monitor project timelines, pending tasks, dependencies, and implementation progress.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct testing and user acceptance of developed modules, dashboards, workflows, and reports.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure timely closure of development points, bugs, corrections, and user feedback.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Train internal users on new Zoho modules, dashboards, workflows, and automation processes.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain documentation such as BRDs, SOPs, process flows, user manuals, and implementation trackers.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure data accuracy, proper system usage, user adoption, and process compliance.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide regular progress updates and reports to management.<\/span>

Required Skills:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong working knowledge of Zoho One, Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Creator.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Good understanding of dashboards, workflows, automation, approvals, user roles, and reports.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Basic to strong IT understanding, including data flow, integrations, access control, and system configuration.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience in ERP / CRM / business automation / digital transformation implementation.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong business analysis and requirement\-gathering skills.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellent coordination and follow\-up skills with internal teams and external partners.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Good documentation, communication, and presentation skills.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure timeline\-based delivery.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Problem\-solving mindset with strong ownership and execution focus.<\/span>
<\/p>

Qualification:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Bachelor\u2019s / Master\u2019s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Zoho certification / CRM certification / Data Analytics certification will be preferred.<\/span>
<\/p>

Preferred Candidate Profile:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Candidate should have hands\-on experience in Zoho implementation or similar business automation platforms.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Should be capable of understanding business processes and converting them into system\-based solutions.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Should be able to coordinate with management, department users, IT teams, and implementation partners.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience in manufacturing, pharma, B2B business, or process\-driven organizations will be an added advantage.<\/span>
