Business Analyst
We are seeking a\nhighly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. - Elicits, analyzes, specifies,\n and validates the business needs of stakeholders, be they customers or end\n users.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Collaborates with project\n sponsors to determine project scope and vision.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Clearly identifies project\n stakeholders and establish customer classes, as well as their\n characteristics.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Conducts interviews to gather\n customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits,\n workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Identifies and establishes scope\n and parameters of requirements analysis on a project\-by\-project basis to\n define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Works with stakeholders and\n project team to prioritize collected requirements.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Researches, reviews, and\n analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of existing\n requirements\-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or\n further leveraging these processes.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Assists in conducting research\n on products to meet agreed upon requirements and to support purchasing\n efforts.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Participates in the QA of\n purchased solutions to ensure features and functions have been enabled and\n optimized.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Participates in the selection of\n any requirements documentation software solutions that the organization\n may opt to use.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Analyzes and verifies\n requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility,\n feasibility, and conformity to standards.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Develops and utilizes standard\n templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Translates conceptual customer\n requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is\n comprehensible to developers/project team.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Creates process models,\n specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers\n and/or the project team.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Develops and conduct peer\n reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement\n specifications are correctly interpreted.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Assists with the interpretation\n of customer requirements into feasible options, and communicating these\n back to the business stakeholders.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Manages and tracks the status of\n requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as\n necessary.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Communicates changes,\n enhancements, and modifications of business requirements \u2014 verbally or\n through written documentation \u2014 to project managers, sponsors, and other\n stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Provides guidance and/or\n instruction to junior staff members.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Experience in Web and Mobile\n base application development requirements gathering is a mus<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Exposure to SaaS based tools\n like Salesforce / BI Tools (Power BI / Tableau ) / ERP<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>an added advantage<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Understanding Agile Business Analysis\n under Agile framework is must<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Agile process for Epic/Stories and other\nartifacts is needed<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Experience\nRequirements: 5 \u2013 8 Year Relevant Experience<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>

<\/h2>- College diploma or university\n degree in the field of business administration, finance, or information\n systems<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Proven experience with business\n and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification,\n and methodology development<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Demonstrated project management\n skills and project management software skills, including planning,\n organizing, and managing resources<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Working knowledge of Windows\n office systems<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>- Excellent understanding of the\n organization\u2019s goals and objectives<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
