1. Provide advisory on how requirements can be implemented from a functional standpoint and stimulate process changes if efficiencies can be gained.<\/span>
<\/p>
2. Design and Develop highly scalable Zoho Implementations with necessary API integrations, HTML, CSS, Deluge<\/span>
<\/div>
3 . Deep understanding of various API frameworks, micro\-services and SDKs<\/span>
<\/p>
4. Experience in development and design in an Agile and DevOps environment, including change and release management.<\/span>
<\/p>
5. Construct workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, writing specifications after thorough research and analysis of customer requirements<\/span>
<\/p>
6. An excellent overview of web technologies and popular open source solutions.<\/span>
<\/div>
7. Support Project Manager/ Delivery Team in delivering the solution to the customer<\/span>
<\/div>
Define and plan project milestones, phases and different elements involved in the project along with the principal consultant<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Drive and challenge the presumptions of delivery teams on how they will successfully execute their plans<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Ensure Customer Satisfaction through quality deliverable on time<\/span>
<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/ul>
8. <\/span><\/span>Contribution and coordination of project level analysis \u2013 producing required project analysis documentation (business and system requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan)<\/span>
<\/div>
9. Working experience in any one of the following domain like Automobiles, Telecom, Retail, BFSI, Aviation, Health Care and Pharma or Manufacturing is a plus<\/span>
<\/div>
10. <\/span><\/span>Process Management and Improvement \- Define and manage a well\-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Project Management in an Agile Technology Delivery context<\/span>
<\/div><\/span>
Requirements<\/h3>
1. <\/span><\/span>3\-5 years of experience as a Solutions Consultant, Developer in designing and launching high quality software projects.<\/span>
<\/div>
Excellent knowledge in ERP, CRM catering to multiple domains preferred.<\/span>
<\/div>
2. Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent is mandatory.<\/span>
<\/p>
3. Master\u2019s Degree in relevant field an asset<\/span>
<\/p>
4. Experience of the full project cycle, integrating customer scopes into product requirements and driving prioritisation<\/span>
<\/p>
5. Excellent problem solving, verbal and written communication skills<\/span>
<\/p>
6. Advanced motivational, negotiation and analytical skills<\/span>
<\/p>
7. Ability to work successfully in a cross\-functional, global environment<\/span>
