Business Controls Oversight Analyst, Specialist

Core Responsibilities

1. Supports business initiatives focused on the implementation of divisional/business control solutions for a business unit.

2. Performs daily divisional/business control management functions. Analyzes risk issues and facilitates problem resolution.

3. Develops effective relationships with management and crew throughout the company. Acts as an internal consultant to define, implement, and improve compliance.

4. Monitors, reports, and assists in the development of divisional/business control activities. Prepares and analyzes data and dashboards. Uses available data to monitor progress, measure success and make suggestions for improvement.

5. Maintains awareness of regulatory risk and control topics. Seeks to understand broad industry and Vanguard trends regarding risk and control.

6. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years related work experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
