Your\nresponsibilities include:<\/span><\/b>
<\/div>- Study Workplace trends and\nidentify opportunities of improvement;<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Know\-how of Cloud Office;<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Know\-how of Virtual\nworkstations and operating systems;<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Pre\-sales support for\nManaged Workplace Services (including M365 + Endpoint Management & Service\nDesk);<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Pre\-sales support for\nWorkplace Professional Services (focus on Cloud Office, Migration projects\n& modern management deployment);<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Pre\-sales support for\nModern Workplace and Digital Experience (DEX) vision and design;<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Define strategy and\nplanning for Workplace transformation, incorporating DEX\-driven insights;<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Delivery of high\-level\ntraining sessions about value and experience of Workplace Solutions in\norganizations;<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Alignment and relationship\nmanagement with partners;<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Help build and evolve our\nDigital Employee Experience (DEX) offer, from value proposition to\ngo\-to\-market, working closely with delivery and operations teams.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Promoting continuous\nimprovement of documentation quality throughout the different phases of the\nproject.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/div>You must have:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Degree in in Computer\nScience;<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Fundamentals in Cloud\nOffice (M365, G\-Suite).<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li><\/ul><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/li>- Experience in developing\ncommercial proposals and present them;<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Hands\-on exposure to DEX\nplatforms;<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Hand\-on Cloud Office\n(migration projects);<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Understanding of IT Change\nManagement/Adoption frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).<\/span><\/span>
