Business Developer - PDP (Product Development Process) Management

In this position, you’ll contribute to the development, communication, and continuous improvement of the PDP across TRATON. Based in Resende, Brazil, you will act as our local representative on site for both Resende and São Paulo, helping connect the needs of the business with the direction of our global team. Your focus will be on internal efficiency, engagement, and storytelling, making the process clear and meaningful for everyone across all functions and brands.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesYour role and scope may vary over time according to the needs of the process and the team, but the initial main responsibilities are:Your responsibilities include:Supporting the governance and communication channels that connect colleagues and leaders across all functional areas;Translating complex process content into clear and engaging narratives, tailored for different stakeholders;Facilitating discussions and decision-making by creating transparency and ensuring colleagues feel heard;Using visualization and structured communication to make processes easier to navigate and apply in daily work;Promoting collaboration across brands, sites, and functions to secure alignment and shared understanding.Requisitos e qualificaçõesWe are a global, inclusive, and warm team that values curiosity, collaboration, and learning by doing.
