Business Development Analyst Stablecoins

You will support go-to-market execution for stablecoin products, turning market signals into actionable initiatives and supporting commercial conversations from outreach through execution. You will prepare briefing materials and proposals, build lightweight financial models, track KPIs and pipeline activity, analyze markets and regulations, and coordinate with Product, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to execute deals and document GTM playbooks.

Responsibilities

  • Support outbound and inbound business development efforts across stablecoin issuance distribution and payments use cases
  • Prepare briefing materials decks and meeting summaries for banks fintechs enterprises and crypto partners
  • Track active conversations follow-ups and next steps across the go-to-market pipeline
  • Prepare proposals one-pagers and commercial summaries
  • Analyze stablecoin markets competitors and emerging use cases
  • Track regulatory developments and summarize go-to-market implications
  • Perform market sizing partner prioritization and corridor-level analysis
  • Build and maintain lightweight financial models for AUM volume and pricing
  • Support preparation of commercial structures and internal deal memos
  • Track KPIs tied to issuance distribution and partner activity
  • Coordinate with Product Compliance Legal and Operations to support deal execution
  • Support internal documentation and go-to-market playbooks

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in consulting finance fintech crypto strategy or a high-growth technology company
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Strong interest in stablecoins payments or digital asset infrastructure
  • Comfort with basic financial modeling and spreadsheet analysis
  • Prior exposure to crypto stablecoins payments or financial infrastructure (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with financial markets and related infrastructure (nice to have)
  • Experience supporting business development partnerships or go-to-market teams (nice to have)
