Business Development Associate (Fresh Graduates Welcome)
You will conduct market research and analysis to identify and evaluate partnership opportunities. You will maintain and update the CRM to track leads from initial contact through to qualified meetings. You will define and monitor KPIs, produce reports on partnership performance, and present findings to senior management. You will stay current with developments in the AI sector and share relevant insights. You will coordinate cross-functional collaboration and facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth implementation of partnership activities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify partnership opportunities
- Maintain and organize the CRM to track leads from initial contact to qualified meetings
- Develop and monitor KPIs and metrics to assess partnership effectiveness
- Produce reports on partnership performance and present findings to senior management
- Monitor AI sector developments and share relevant insights with the team
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and facilitate communication with external partners to implement partnership activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (AI, Business, or related discipline)
- Previous internship experience in business development is a strong plus
- Genuine interest in business operations and eagerness to learn the product or service
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage partnership agreements in the decentralized web landscape
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify opportunities and develop partnership strategies
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
