Role Overview:
<\/div>

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Associate to support our Export\u2013Import,
<\/div>
<\/div>
Freight Forwarding & Logistics verticals. The role involves general sales activities, targeted calling,
<\/div>
<\/div>
LMS updates, follow\-ups, quoting support, and close coordination with internal teams\u2014while
<\/div>
<\/div>
learning about customs, logistics, and international forwarding.
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
<\/div>
Key Responsibilities:
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Conduct targeted sales calls and generate leads
<\/span><\/li>- Schedule meetings, track follow\-ups, and maintain communication
<\/span><\/li>- Update LMS/CRM with leads, activities, meeting outcomes, and pipeline status
<\/span><\/li>- Support quote preparation, rate negotiation inputs, and strategic planning
<\/span><\/li>- Coordinate with operations for shipment info and customer updates
<\/span><\/li>- Assist customers with basic EXIM, customs, and freight queries (training provided)
<\/span><\/li>- Maintain daily/weekly sales reports (DSRs)
<\/span><\/li>- Support other sales and business development activities as required
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

Skills & Competencies:
<\/div>- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
<\/span><\/li>- Good follow\-up discipline and customer handling ability
<\/span><\/li>- Willingness to learn EXIM, customs, and forwarding processes
<\/span><\/li>- Proficiency in MS Office & Google Sheets
<\/span><\/li>- Positive attitude, organised, and target\-driven
