Business Development, Cloud Commercialization
You will lead the commercial negotiation and execution of Master Service Agreements and reserved capacity contracts for H100, H200, and Blackwell clusters. You will coordinate capacity planning with infrastructure and finance to align deployments with power availability. You will act as the executive steward for C-suite stakeholders, manage complex procurement cycles and contract redlining, and monitor the Compute-as-a-Service market to maintain competitive pricing and SLA standards.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate and sign Master Service Agreements and reserved capacity contracts for H100, H200, and Blackwell clusters
- Position Highrise AI strategically by leveraging vertical integration and power ownership
- Coordinate capacity planning with infrastructure and finance to align deployments with power availability
- Manage C-suite stakeholder relationships from initial term sheet to contract execution
- Monitor the Compute-as-a-Service market and maintain pricing models and SLA structures
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales or Strategic Partnerships within Cloud, IaaS, or Data Center sectors
- Personal experience leading $50M+ TCV negotiations
- Deep understanding of the AI stack including GPU interconnectivity (InfiniBand/RoCE) and infrastructure requirements of LLM training versus inference
- Expertise in contract redlining addressing liability, uptime guarantees, and financial Compute vs. Cash trade-offs
- Ability to explain the value of vertical integration and power ownership to customers
