Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, ambitious, and have a “hunter” mindset. You will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and promoting our innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute the local BD plan in line with company strategy and Singapore market dynamics, with priority on automotive dealers, dealer groups, auto finance players and relevant ecosystem partners.

2. Proactively source and develop target accounts, and build relationships with key decision-makers including dealer owners, Dealer Principals, General Managers and Sales Managers to expand a high-quality pipeline.

3. Develop a deep understanding of clients' business models, sales processes, current content operations and pain points, and craft targeted solutions around lead generation, sales conversion, content efficiency and showroom performance.

4. Independently manage client meetings, needs analysis, product demonstrations, solution presentations, quotations, commercial negotiations and contract progression to drive deal closure and collection.

5. Work closely with marketing, product, operations and delivery teams to support client onboarding, pilot implementation, case study development and opportunities for renewal or upsell.

6. Continuously monitor market developments, competitors, client feedback and industry trends, and provide management with market insights and recommendations on product enhancement, pricing strategy and GTM execution.

7. Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline, client visit records and stage-based forecasts to ensure process visibility, traceability and accountability for target achievement.

8. Support channel development, ecosystem partnerships, industry events and brand visibility initiatives when required, strengthening Aimotion's market presence and influence in Singapore's automotive sector.

Requirements:

  • Background in SaaS sales, automotive sales, or advertising/marketing sales.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a proven track record in sales
  • Minimum Degree qualification
  • Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) language for communication and writing to liaise with our China HQ
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
