As part of our expansion plans, we are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

β€’ Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits

β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

β€’ Understand clients' hiring needs and propose suitable manpower solutions

β€’ Arrange and conduct sales meetings, presentations, and business discussions

β€’ Prepare quotations, service agreements, and follow up on business opportunities

β€’ Work closely with recruiters to ensure successful delivery of recruitment services

β€’ Maintain CRM records and sales activity reports

β€’ Achieve individual and team sales targets

Requirements

β€’ Minimum Diploma in any discipline

β€’ 1–3 years of B2B sales, account management, business development, or customer-facing experience

β€’ Candidates from Healthcare, Logistics, Manufacturing, F&B, Freight Forwarding, Insurance, Financial Advisory, Telco, or related industries are welcome to apply

β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

β€’ Positive attitude with willingness to learn

β€’ Comfortable with cold calling and client acquisition activities

β€’ Self-motivated and results-oriented
