Confetti is a full-service creator marketing agency headquartered in Singapore. We help brands grow through Influencer / KOL (Key Opinion Leader) marketing, UGC (User-Generated Content) production, short video content creation, and livestream commerce across TikTok and Shopee. Our clients range from D2C e-commerce brands to established regional businesses looking to scale through social media.

We’re growing fast and we’re looking for our first Business Development Executive to accelerate our client acquisition and revenue growth.

The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will own the full sales cycle for Confetti’s suite of marketing solutions. This is a hunter role and you will be expected to proactively prospect, pitch, and close new business, with a strong emphasis on bringing retainer clients onboard from Day 1. You will work closely with the founder and delivery team to ensure every client commitment is scoped accurately and executed with excellence.

This role is ideal for someone who already has a good network of brand managers, marketing leads, or e-commerce operators in Singapore and understands the creator economy well enough to sell confidently without hand-holding.

What You’ll Sell

  • Influencer / KOL Marketing – Influencer campaign management across TikTok and Instagram
  • UGC Production – Scalable user-generated content creation for paid and organic use
  • Content Production – Social content and ad content
  • Livestream Commerce – End-to-end livestream management across TikTok and Shopee

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new B2B clients across Confetti’s full solution suite
  • Own the full sales cycle: outreach → discovery → proposal → negotiation → contract → handoff
  • Develop tailored pitches and proposals based on each client’s marketing objectives
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline tracked in CRM at all times
  • Prioritise retainer-based engagements for long-term revenue stability
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Represent Confetti at industry events, creator economy meetups, and networking sessions in Singapore
  • Collaborate with the delivery team on scoping and capacity before committing to clients
  • Provide weekly pipeline updates and monthly revenue forecasts to the founder
  • Feed market intelligence — competitor pricing, client objections, category trends — back into the business

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

  • Min 3 years of B2B sales experience in a digital marketing agency, influencer marketing agency, or media company in Singapore
  • Some existing network of brand managers, marketing managers, or e-commerce leads in Singapore that can be converted into clients
  • Working knowledge of the Instagram, TikTok and Shopee creator ecosystem — you understand what a KOL, UGC, and livestream GMV target means without needing it explained
  • Proven track record of closing retainer or project-based deals in a services environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to senior marketing stakeholders
  • Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred

Nice-to-Have:

  • Prior experience selling influencer marketing or UGC services specifically
  • Strong existing relationships with D2C brands, FMCG marketers, or e-commerce managers

Compensation Structure

Base Salary + Tiered and Accelerated commission structure

OTE $7-10k
