We are hiring a Business Development Executive<\/b> who can unlock new partnerships, lead commercial conversations, and deliver growth across diverse sectors.
<\/p>Role Overview<\/b>

This role involves sourcing high\-value clients<\/b>, leading pitch presentations<\/b>, and closing digital marketing and campaign deals<\/b> across media, content production for brands and events. You\u2019ll serve as the lead driver of commercial opportunities for Uliza Agency and will work closely with the creative, media, and strategy teams to ensure client satisfaction and delivery. Build and manage a pipeline of business leads<\/b> across B2B and B2C sectors Initiate and secure strategic partnerships<\/b> with organizations, brands, and institutions Lead in proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure<\/b> Represent the agency in meetings, presentations, and strategy sessions Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets<\/b> by closing new deals and expanding existing accounts Work cross\-functionally with the digital and creative teams to align on deliverables Strong track record in business development, sales, or partnership roles<\/b> Degree in Marketing, International relations or related field<\/b> Experience working in a digital marketing agency, communications firm, or nonprofit organization<\/b> Confident in navigating both corporate and creative environments Skilled in identifying client needs and translating them into actionable solutions<\/b> Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship\-building abilities Familiar with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Canva for proposals and decks Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem\u2014social, paid media, web, and influencer channels Monthly revenue generation from new clients Number of successful pitches and partnership agreements Client retention and upsell conversion rates Proposal turnaround time and presentation quality Be part of a high\-impact team building modern digital solutions<\/b> Opportunity to grow within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment Get real exposure to brand strategy, media innovation, and campaign execution<\/b> Work directly with clients across sectors\u2014corporate, entertainment, nonprofit, and lifestyle Salary : KES 22,000 ( NET ) plus commissions on targets set after probation* Probation of 1 month to showcase capability in the role<\/p><\/li><\/ul> <\/p> <\/p> Only candidates who meet the criteria and demonstrate a clear understanding of digital growth will be considered.
