Business Development Executive
This is a remote position.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify potential clients in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
2. Schedule and conduct in-person meetings to present solutions.
3. Understand client requirements and recommend tailored offerings.
4. Handle objections professionally and build trust with clients.
5. Collaborate with the internal team to drive the sales pipeline forward.
6. Maintain accurate records of meetings, proposals, and client interactions.
7. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
8. Please change the key skills of the BDE Job descriptions to
B2B Sales, Cold Callings, Negotiations, Sales pitch.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the software or AEC industry (1-3 years).
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
3. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
4. Willingness to travel extensively across West India (Maharsthra, Gujarat, Goa, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh)
5. Self-motivated and target-driven.
6. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
